She has extensive experience in the hospitality and tourism industry and has grown into a multifaceted business professional. Her expertise lies in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management, while she also has in-depth knowledge of the operational and financial side of the business world.

She diversified her professional expertise by joining ConferenceDirect in 2018 where she mastered the art of offering global hotel and venue site sourcing, event management services, contract negotiations, and many other event supportive services.

After becoming an award-winning sales professional in various companies and businesses and earning the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation from the Events Industry Council, she aims to use her extensive knowledge and professional expertise to help clients achieve their goals.

In addition to event support services, Jen offers business and consultancy services to help companies in digitalizing their efforts in the virtual world.
